Performance as a drive motor
Zero cogging torqueric Derivation
The elimination of cogging torque is the result of many years of research and development and repeated prototyping. The geometric structure of this motor has already been patented.
By adopting a unique slot-pole ratio and winding architecture, the hardware itself functions as a high-efficiency transformer, physically maximizing the energy recovery rate.
geometric derivation
K18 = 0 when τm/τs = 1 (magnet-arc to tooth-pitch ratio = 1:1). This follows directly from the first Fourier null of the air-gap permeance at the 18th harmonic and is realized by the design rule P = S/3 − 2 (here, 36/3 − 2 = 10 poles). This is an algebraic cancellation rather than an empirical attenuation.
